People watching today’s coverage of the World Cup in Brazil spied an Auburn flag in what people in the know are calling “a large section of Mexican fans during their game against Croatia.”
Given the sport of soccer’s deep roots at Auburn (you’re welcome, the South) it really shouldn’t come as that much of a surprise. But still, it’s pretty cool. We assume we have this guy to thank.
Well done, whomever you are. But our favorite random-Auburn-fan-in-a-TV-broadcast is still this superstar.
