According to Slimebomb, he doesn’t need to be curious anymore. The source would be Dan Mullen.

The FBI just came to the party.

Heard Auburn’s compliance officer is former FBI so maybe they will bring the juice and give some facts, not just deal with innuendo.

Can someone link to the FBI development? Or at least explain it? I can’t seem to find it

This isn’t the TMZ article, but it is linked within it. This one kind of contradicts the TMZ article with another mystery source! This is one BIGA$$CLSTRFCK
Just watched a documentary on former Oklahoma running back Marcus Dupree. He was sort of the Bo and Herschel of his day. (his high school hilites are astounding). In the documentary, they talk openly about the cash and other offers that he received. Interesting show, Dupree comes off as sort of a dumbass-but he had some skills.
History channel I think it was.
Yep, now I cannot see this possibly ending well at all. When it was just Rogers there were legitimately plausible explanations that didn’t implicate Auburn and neutral parties agreed. A lot of people agreed the cheating stuff wasn’t very relevant to Newton’s time now.
But this? What can we hope for, that either Joe Schad or his sources — presumably two members of Mississippi State’s coaching staff — are putting their careers on the line, lying through their teeth without any compelling motive? I would sincerely LOVE to see another explanation if anyone’s got one but I have no idea what that’s going to be.
Absolutely no one who doesn’t wear our shades of orange and blue is going to take us seriously if all we come up with is another around of “ESPN is making this all up for ratings/because they hate Auburn for some reason no one can specify”, and frankly, I won’t either. It’s still true that nothing has been proven, but I can no longer convince myself in good faith that will remain true like I could six hours ago.

Starting to look like a house of cards with Dad at the top. Hope not, but we’re gonna bleed to death from a thousand cuts. Chizik and Jacobs give me confidence that AU is clean, but it’s becoming clear that something is up.

Look, unless somebody from Auburn (booster or employee) cut a check to them, there is nothing to see here. Say for argument’s sake he did ask for money. That’s not illegal. It’s not necessarilly moral, but according to NCAA law it wouldn’t be punishable offense. If we paid for Cam then we deserve the stiffest of punishments the NCAA can dream up.

Of one thing I am certain: If Cam had actually gone to play at Mississippi State, none of these accusations would have come to light.
