On Friday the bust of John Heisman was installed outside Jordan-Hare. Today it was a statue of one of Auburn’s Heisman Trophy winners. But which one? Pat Sullivan seems a likely guess.
The statue is currently covered with a blue tarp that appears to conceal the outline of quarterback’s throwing motion; the statues were designed in action poses.
TWER was first to report that the statues would be kept under literal wraps while being installed and kept under 24-hour guard until their Saturday unveiling.
