The first week of the season, especially when it’s a short week for preparation, is not a good time for a college football blog to take a day off.
And I wasn’t planning to–but with the holiday today, last night wound up a late night, and this morning a late morning, and the afternoon’s clogged up with actual, you know, activities.
So this is all for today. Sorry. But WBE will be back with a vengeance (or what passes for its vengeance, anyway) tomorrow. Enjoy your holiday. Rest from your labors. Unless you’re an Auburn football player, of course. Thursday will be here before any of us know it.
