Auburn University won’t be represented in the Super Bowl for the second year in a row. However, Joe Fluffo, a star on sports’ cutest stage, Kitten Bowl II, “attended Paw-burn University, where he earned a degree in Feline-nomics.” So we’re good.
Fluffo is listed on the Mountain Lions’ roster as a String Tackle, but apparently took over at Quartercat just before the two minute warning in the first half, and right after the Wildcats got flagged for fluffing the passer (typical).
Demonstrating great paw control, Fluffo scored the Mountain Lions first touchdown on the very next play.
Purrr Eagle, Joe! You made us proud!
