April 27. It was the first show without Rich (he was “in Florida”). And it was rich, I tell ya’, rich. Just me and Ron Anders, beboppin’ like the Auburn Network Studio 2012 as was Anders Bookstore 1999, him literally pouring Hot Tomales all over me, me trying to get a word in edgewise to preach on Clifford Grubbs (not Ben Grubbs) the Mattress Kid (not the Mattress King), Bama’s yearbook reaction to their beatdown in the 1957 Iron Bowl, and the best / worst thing ever said about Auburn basketball… all of which I do eventually get around to. Just bear with us…
Hope to be doublin’ up in the coming weeks to get current. Archives-wise, Lordy, we’re still in April.
