This is one of the pop-culture Auburn’ings more impressive for being seen than for what is seen. Because so little of it is seen—just several slivers… several mysterious slivers of Auburn vs. _______ on the TV in the background in the latest episode of “Body of Proof.”
Is it this year’s Georgia game? Last year’s Alabama game? The red painted end zone letters say neither; from what we can tell, the end zone letters in both Bryant-Denny and Sanford Stadium are white.
Our best guess: the 2006 Iron Bowl. What’s yours?

Could it be from the SEC championship game last year? AU is in white and the endzone letters could be South Carolina?
Looks like the letter before the A is a K. We did play Nebraska in a bowl recently.
Prerty sure that is @bama in 2006. Also, pretty sure that first highlight is Brad Lester’s first touchdown not long after Q Groves’s first sack/fumble of the game.
The red wall at the :41 mark tells me it’s bama. Google image of BD and you’ll see red endzone wall. The endzone with GEORGIA written in it doesn’t have red paint based on a quick google image search.
Definitely Bama. The endzone lettering ends in the familiar red “MA.”
Could it possibly be the Swamp with a little color distortion? Just a thought
War Eagle
Definitely looks like Bama, and to me personally it looks like 2006 because that is the time when Auburn seemed to wear more of the type sleeves that are shown in this clip.
**Also, does anyone know what clip is in Sweet Home Alabama. At one point in the movie Jake is watching the Iron Bowl at home on tv. I guessed 2002 but am not certain.
It is definitely the 2006 Iron Bowl. Brad Lester scores the touchdown and you can barely see his left arm reach out at the .17 mark. The receiver in the picture is number 80 so that would be one of the Rods. I went back and watched the highlights from this game to find the exact moment and that is it no question.
Rod Smith is number 80 I believe*
Look around second 34…I swear the camera is zooming in on a Gator!
