We learned some interesting things this morning on CNN: Auburn players have to cross state lines to help Alabama disaster victims (or perhaps “Going Into Alabama” is some sort of “Crossing The Rubicon”-ish metaphor for self-sacrifice) and it was apparently Gene Chizik’s —not Obama’s— decision to delay the Tigers’ visit to the White House. Who knew?!
But despite being leatherless, but Coach navigated the minefield of misinformation laid during his interview with The Most Trusted Name in News like a national champion.
Give that man a raise!

Hey guys! We’re going INTO Alabama! Get ready for some unchartered territory!
“All of us football fans, we know about the rivalry between uh, [checks notes] Alabama and, uh, Auburn.”
Oh yes, you’re a football fan. I can tell. You know ALL about this rivalry. That’s why you know how big of a deal it is that we went INTO Alabama. Unheard of, really.
Freaking-A, CNN.
Your nations top news source, is there when you need it!
Typical CNN, can’t find the exit so they can get back in.
Oh well, at least Coach handled it well.
WAR EAGLE!
Oh, and let’s not forget that it’s “meeting the president” that will be shared with the grandchildren, not the National Championship. Right, that’s the ticket! (for a bleeding liberal trying to plug her man!) That woman had NO CLUE! Typical CNN……
You can see the “this woman doesn’t have a clue” look in coach Chizik’s face, but he moved with it and did a great job anyway! Thanks for all you do CGC! War Eagle!
She’s ALL IN. It’s now the state of Auburn.
Since AU is in West Georgia, what is the big deal?
