Opelika-based APR Motorsports, a tuner of Audi, VW, and Porsche cars started in Auburn in 1999, will be racing its Audi R8 GRAND-AM in this weekend’s Rolex 24 at Daytona, a 24-hour endurance race held annually since 1962 and the first race of the season for GrandAm series racing. And it will have an Auburn Basketball logo on it’s spoiler, which for car in a race sponsored by Rolex is pretty apropos.
