Great! Can't wait for your profile of Davis. Mincy will be very important with Hood leaving. I imagine we'll need someone else to step up too. All those guys will play big roles in special teams I think though. Covering or maybe returning kicks. The reenforcements this new class will bring to special teams is just as important as any other aspect on the team. Thanks for the great job you do.

Good question, BD. Smith has a lot of upside with his size, White's probably the most certain to make a contribution, but the one I'm most excited about is actually Davis. Woodlawn's not the sort of school to get any attention and Davis couldn't afford to camp anywhere, so he's mostly an unknown to the gurus whereas Smith and White played for much higher-profile teams. And those who have seen Davis play have come away raving. He seems to have tremendous agility and athleticism. So he's my favorite. But it won't surprise me if any of the three wind up the best of the bunch.

Hey WBE, I think that music on the video goes great with the size of those DE's running at Chad. Just curious I wonder which one of those QB/athlete turned "DBs" you think will have the biggest contribution on defense this year. After seeing your post on Ryan Smith, my vote's for him. He's big and fast. War Eagle.

That video's "strangest musical choice" ... can it be described as "Hip-Hop Baby Coronation"? The vibraslap is off the chain son!

Stacy Danley was the man during the 80s. I always wondered how many national titles Auburn would have won if Emmit Smith would have come, but Danley was pretty darned good at getting some big first downs.

Glad to see the Auburn family churning out more players.
