Last I heard, Bell was staying at corner. That’s where he played during the spring, right?

And if Cole did miss most of the season through injury, he’d also already lost a chance at the starting position to true frosh Bates and later, even after he’d returned to health, watched the coaches hand over Etheridge’s spot to Washington and use Bell as the third safety. He may not be as far down the totem pole as Slade, but IMHO I haven’t seen signs yet that he’s really a threat for major playing time.

Drew Cole had an ankle injury for most of last season…That is why he did not play much last season..Injured in week 2, he came back for the Iron Bowl (wasted a medical redshirt) and played a good amount in the Outback Bowl….I would not lump him in with Mike Slade and Hood as players the coaches dont like…Look for Cole to see playing time this season as a back up.

Is T. Bell going to play S or CB?

Jerry, I have him penciled in already as our punt return man. If he can be taught how to carry the ball, and not get stripped, the the sky truly is the limit for him.
