    Man,talk about fond memories-we used to buy Falstaff beer in long neck bottles that that Zippy Mart you picture. If you brought back the bottles you’d get 99cent credit against a $1.99 six pack. Pretty sweet deal.

    And had a couple of buddies that worked at “the U Shop.”

    Great times.

    My cousin, Betsy Barrett, from Montgomery, used to do alot of those paintings on the windows…she still is a great artist! I have a photograph of her standing with Shug in front of the window of J&M that she had just painted.
