		<description>It is my firm belief that a coach can be judged in many aspects of his tenure, however long it may be. 
The first criteria is making sure the team he or she inherits actually plays as a team. I feel confident CGC can check that one off as accomplished.
Realizing the massive over simplification here, what with the hiring of the staff et al, We Auburn fans should be happy, generally in this first season.

The second criteria starts with a recruiting philosophy, installation of said philosophy, and seeing it through to maturation.

Then starts the attrition of the staff, that is bound to happen because of the success of the program. Rarely does the attrition start until success, so heres to hoping we see a slow attrition rate, and tremendous success on and off the field. Asa in graduation rates climbing higher.

I truly enjoyed this article.
